Operating Tips

When using the Machine for blending Ice-Cream or Frozen Yogurt with fruit, we strongly recommend that your ingredients are in the following temperatures ranges:

Recommended Ice-Cream and Frozen Yogurt temperature:
  
-15°C to -18°C (0°F to 5°F).

Recommended fruit temperature:
   -5°C to 0°C (23°F to 32°F).

Recommended serving size is made up of:
   2 Scoops of Ice-Cream or Frozen Yogurt
   1-2 Scoops of Fruit (or other ingredients of your choice)

N.B. Each scoop should be approximately 60g (2oz).

In most cases, you can blend different flavors, from one serving to the next, as very little residue is left in the machine. However, when serving a flavor which is distinctly different to the previous one (e.g. blending a mango ice-cream after a chocolate ice-cream), a simple rinse is recommended.
